這條生產線是2011年建成的推拉式酸洗生產線，由北京星和眾工科技發展有限公司設計開發，該生產線設計年產能力為60萬噸，采用目前國內先進的淺槽紊流酸洗技術，用于熱軋鋼板的除銹及切邊，能夠滿足冷軋鋼板的加工需求。

The advanced shallow channel turbulent pickling technology is used for rust removal and edge cutting of hot rolled steel sheets, which can meet the processing requirements of cold rolled steel sheets.
